John Mundia Nyoike is a legal expert with over 8 years of experience in litigation, legal programming, and human rights advocacy. He has represented dozens of victims of human rights violations before Kenyan courts, securing access to justice for vulnerable and marginalized communities. Mundia is also an accomplished international speaker who has presented at numerous regional and international conferences, forums, and professional meetings on issues relating to business and human rights, tax justice, and media law. He is a skilled legal trainer, an astute researcher, and a strategic network builder. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. John is a member of the East Africa Law Society and currently serves on its Business and Human Rights Committee, where he contributes to advancing responsible business conduct and the protection of human rights within the region.
