Irene Soila is a political scientist with a major focus on public administration.

She brings 10 years of experience in human rights, specializing in community organizing, movement building and governance.

Soila hopes for a democratic Africa through fair processes that drive the world to excellence. She is passionate about mentoring and empowering young people, gender justice, disability rights and the urge to avert marginalization.

Soila is currently concentrating on electoral and political influence with a human rights perspective. She is also involved in policy and advocacy work, forming strong local and international partnerships and strengthening regional and international instruments at the national level.
